Synchroteam intervention management
Synchroteam is a 100% Cloud solution that requires no installation. This technology offers more flexibility to its users and a stronger data sharing capacity. The field data is transmitted back to the headquarters, so that the employees have all the information they need to carry out their work in the best conditions:
- Plan maintenance interventions : assign a technician according to his sector of activity, his availability and skills, and notify him.
- Manage interventions in real time : list and map of interventions, GPS tracking of employees, etc.
- Collect intervention reports from field teams.
- Manage stocks of spare parts: entries, exits, stock movements, definition of an alert threshold, etc.
- Create quotes, convert them into invoices and send them to customers and enter them in the internal accounting tool (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
Synchroteam is equipped with a customisable CRM tool to centralise customer data and easily visualise data from the customer file :
- Contact information on each customer
- Proportion of intervention by type
- History of interventions by customer: estimates, invoices, intervention reports
A customer portal allows customers to consult online the intervention reports that concern them and make intervention requests.
The Synchroteam mobile application
Synchroteam is equipped with a secure iOS and Android application for on the go teams. In real time, they can view their schedule, receive notifications, record the details of each intervention and complete a report, issue invoices and collect customer payments.
An off-line mode allows technicians to be not dependent of the network.
