Why is it useful to be certified?
Reminder: definition of certification for a training organisation
Certification for a training organisation is a statement attesting to the seriousness of a training centre, based on the initial quality requirements and procedures. This certification also contains a unique registration number for the training provider 's declaration of activity.
To achieve this, the training centre can call on the services of a certifying body, or a labelling body, to assess the quality of the services offered and the regulations.
Once the audit has been successfully completed, you will receive accreditation based on compliance with standards and customer satisfaction. 📄
6 benefits for training centres
🥇Obtaining certification isn't just an administrative matter. What are the advantages for a training provider of being accredited?
- Reassure your various clients: you demonstrate that your management processes and criteria are objective in terms of the way your organisation operates and your skills repository.
- Increase the efficiency of activities through continuous quality improvement, with advice on the creation of new personalised education courses, for example, and the reduction of errors that can occur within your environment.
- Increase employee motivation: thanks to good management, employees are more motivated and work more efficiently; they are more satisfied with their work... and so are you! 😀
- Obtain legal certainty: checks on compliance with standards are less frequent once certification has been obtained, and it will be easier to obtain various licences there.
- Better satisfy trainees through regular follow-up throughout the training period and provide the best possible services.
- Add a marketing tool: improve your reputation by promoting the quality of your training centre! And let your customers and partners benefit from your reputation. ✨
Focus on QUALIOPI certification for training organisations
Definition of QUALIOPI certification
QUALIOPI certification is the most important certification for training organisations, and is the exclusive property of the State, which testifies to its quality.
By analysing the quality of the services provided by training centres and the satisfaction of beneficiaries, this certification assesses the overall operation of a training organisation and its results, thereby issuing a certificate of its good quality.
The 4 benefits of QUALIOPI
This certification can offer you great benefits such as extending your reach, and promoting your activities, as well as retaining your existing customers and acquiring new ones. 💯
But QUALIOPI is above all these four main advantages:
- access to financial aid through subsidies and training contracts, thanks to QUALIOPI's certified, high-quality recognition;
- competitive advantage: approved training centres stand out from their competitors by certifying their added value with their certified label;
- Continuous improvement in the quality of the services offered, with the aim of always finding the best personalised training for their customers, quickly and efficiently;
- boosting confidence: training centres inspire greater trust among their partners, prospects and customers, who feel reassured about their training and the quality of it.
Who is concerned?
QUALIOPI certification is necessary for training centres seeking financial assistance. It can be awarded after the training centre has been examined by the certifying body or the labelling body, and provides :
- confidence: learners know that their training is of a high standard, and your partners will be more loyal to you,
- transparency: the standards of your quality tests are visible, so you can see where you need to improve,
- and a guarantee of quality to the approved training organisation's partners and customers.
💡If you're looking to meet the requirements of Qualiopi certification and maximise the quality of your training organisation, think about equipping your training centre with software!
For example, e-parcours, created specifically for training organisations, is a complete management software package designed to digitalise all your processes: CRM, financial management, administrative management of trainees, etc. So you can operate more efficiently and meet the various certification criteria more easily. What's more, the publisher offers you support from A to Z in your QUALIOPI procedures, whether it's for obtaining certification or maintaining it.
FAQ on certification of training organisations❓
How do you obtain certification?
To obtain certification, you must submit an application for certification (application file) to the certification body or labelling body of your choice.
The certification committee then examines your application and your practices, and decides whether to award you certification.
What is the difference between a certification body and a labelling body?
A certification body evaluates and certifies the conformity of a product or service to specific standards, for example, by ensuring that you comply with the requirements of established official standards.
A labelling body awards labels to products or services that stand out for specific features, such as educational innovation or environmental innovation, without necessarily certifying compliance with strict established standards.
Does it cost anything to get certified?
Yes, on average between 700 and 1600 euros per day (the price of the audit varies depending on the training organisation).
Who pays for my certification?
QUALIOPI certification offers 8 types of funding:
- The Personal Training Account (CPF)
- Skills operators (OCPO)
- The Training Insurance Fund (FAF)
- Regional schemes
- Pôle emploi
- Professional Transition Plan (PTP)
- National Employment Fund (FNE)
- Calls for projects.
Getting certified in a nutshell
Finally, there are a number of certification options available to you. Certification is greatly appreciated by all the parties involved in your training organisation.
By getting certified, you will not only obtain a guarantee of quality but also support that will help you to finance and continually improve your project but also, to strengthen trust with your partners and customers, by improving your brand image.
💫 And remember, " quality is not a quick or temporary fix, it's a process of continuous improvement"!
